How many guests does the room hold?
Capacity depends on the layout: banquet seating fits fewer people than a standing reception. Tell us your guest count and the occasion, and we will recommend the arrangement that works best.
What does it cost to hire, and how long can I book for?
The rate depends on the duration, day of the week and the equipment you need. Half-day and full-day bookings are common, and celebrations can run into the evening. Ask us for a clear, itemised quote.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Usually yes: you are free to hire the caterer of your choice or provide the food yourselves. If you like, we can recommend local providers we have worked with successfully.
Is equipment like a stage, projector or sound system available?
Basic equipment such as seating, tables and a PA system is generally available on site. For a projector, screen, microphones or lighting, just ask – we will clarify what is in place and what we can arrange.
